• Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text services
• Image editing and generation capabilities
• Premium tools and services marketplace

All services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: ₹0/month - Limited access to basic models with usage restrictions
• Pro Plan: ₹1,660/month (approx. $20 USD) - Access to advanced models with higher limits
• Premium Plan: ₹4,150/month (approx. $50 USD) - Full access to all models and premium features

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD) for reference. Actual charges may vary based on payment method and currency conversion rates.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Cashfree (for fiat payments) or OxaPay (for cryptocurrency payments). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
• Share your API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use our services to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our services

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Brillance AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brillance AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
