Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
• Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan after expiration

Refund Policy

General Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active account.

Exceptions (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers under the following conditions:

• You are a first-time subscriber to our Pro or Premium plans
• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
• You have not exceeded 50% of your plan's usage limits
• You have not violated our Terms of Service

Cryptocurrency Payments

Important: Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable under all circumstances due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing a cryptocurrency payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), please:

2. Include your account email and subscription details
3. Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
4. Allow 5-7 business days for processing

Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or interruptions caused by Brillance AI, we may provide service credits or pro-rated refunds at our discretion. Service credits will be applied to your account and can be used toward future subscription payments.

Pricing Information

Our subscription plans are priced as follows:

• Pro Plan: ₹1,660/month (approximately $20 USD)
• Premium Plan: ₹4,150/month (approximately $50 USD)

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) as our primary currency. USD prices are approximate and may vary based on exchange rates and payment method fees.
